Does the job just fine

Just what was needed and does the job required of it very well. VGVFM and if you need to reduce the outlet of a flexible 16mm tube to 12 mm then this is just the job. The locking nuts ensure a good tight secure fit on the tube making sure either does not come off unexpectedly.
